How much will it cost?
Repairs covered by Apple are free of charge. If your Mac is out of warranty, a diagnostic fee of $130 will apply. All pricing and coverage is dependent upon the evaluation performed by our Certified Apple Technicians.
How long will it take?
Repair turnaround time varies depending on the type of service requested or symptoms reported. Generally hardware repairs are estimated at 3-5 business days. For data transfers and software fixes we estimate 1-3 business days.

What does Apple cover?
Depending on whether you have AppleCare+ or only the Apple Limited Warranty, coverage will vary.
AppleCare+ will cover any failure due to workmanship as well as incidents of accidental damage (with an incident fee) for up to 3 years from original date of purchase.
The Apple Limited warranty will only cover part failures due to quality or workmanship.
Whether your product is covered by the limited warranty or AppleCare+, software issues are not covered.
